I was working at a store for 4 years that had self checkout ,but they left there money there I took it but if they came back I gave it back... I got arrested with fraud under 5000 and not I'm scared to go to jail can someone please let me know if I will go to jail

How much under 5000 dollars, 10 dollars is a lot different than 1000 dollars, and 4900 is going to be more serious than 1000.

About 13 years ago I was on mother's allowance had no money to buy anything for my daughters birthday and got caught taking it I went to court and had to pay salvation army 100.00 back... that is all but I'm still can't sleep and I'm not sure how much money and they didn't tell me... the job charged me with thift under and the cop changed it when I got in the car to fraud under 5000...
