I have put this car in my name and this person that I did it for have the car and I want it out of my name how can I get the car out of my name without dealing with him?

Why do you want it out of your name? Are you concerned about liability?

Why not sign off on the title and either mail it to him or take it to the DMV to have the tilte changed to his name?

Did you buy this car for the other person? Have they fully paid off the balance to you?

All you have to do is take this title, sign the back in front of a notary, and fill in the other person's name and address and give them this title. You don't have to appear at the DMV - just the person who wants the car titled in their name.

Please give the story, why is the car in your name, sorry something now sounds somewhat fishy about why they have a car and you have it in your name.
