Me and 2 guys were on out way back from a club and the 2 guys decided to go in unlocked cars and steal whatever they could find. I did not steal anything. I am 17 years old. The cops were called arrested me and 1 guy because the other ran and charged us with:
4 counts theft under 5000
4 counts of night prawl
I did not steal anything. Will I be convicted?

And I have a court date set up for late November

You should be if the laws of your area are written as they are here in GA and TN where I am used to.

The issue is that you were part of it, you were with them when they did it, you stayed with them afterwards and was with them when the cops came. I will be honest even I don't believe you were not part of it, ( actually doing it) but even if you were not, you were part of the crime by being there with them, if you did not want to be part of it, you would have left them right then and called and reported it
