I have been married to my hubby for about 4 years now, and Just recently he found that he had a baby from this woman he had an one night stand way before he met me. We have been trying to work with her to establish some form of visitation but she think everything should go her way or she will take my husband to child support. I have try to talk with her in the beginning but she seem like she wasn't trying hear what I was saying. She has try to take advantage of my husband on numerous occasions. My husband is really trying and she keep making threats every chance she gets. My husband and I are lost on what to do about her and it is causing a lot of friction in our marriage? What should I do?

What about DNA testing? Is he sure he is the father?

Firstly, in agreement with wondergirl, I would want to know paternity had been established. But if it has shouldn't your husband be paying some kind of child support? Wouldn't it be better to get visitation and support arrangements legally formalised?

What's to argue about? Let her go to court, and ignore her until then. If she cannot prove paternity, she has nothing to say. As a guy, a one night stand wouldn't even be believed without PROOF, as in DNA!
