The parent in question does not see my child and has not done since my child was 7 months old. Our relationship ended quite nastily and I felt he posed a threat to my child's safety so stopped visitation until he took me to court. He then decided my child was not worth paying to take me to court for. So that went out the window. He has harassed, tried kidnapping on numerous occaisions. After a year of not having a penny off him and no compliance with csa they have now enforced an attachment of earnings so that he has no choice but to pay and I have now found out that he has quit his job to aviod paying me, any ideas on where I stand now?

Support keeps adding up until HE petitions the Court, claims changed circumstances, get the dollar amount changed. You have to hope/pray that he finds employment and the support unit finds him.

He can of course go back to court and ask for the amount to be lower based on his pay.

I will assume you have went to court and got a order of custody where you are the custodial parent.

I will assume you have court ordered child support, you did state that the state enforcement was going after child support.

His mistake of course was not going to court for visits, esp after you stopped him from seeing the child. Your refusal to allow him to see the child would have helped him greatly in court.

But anyway, the money you are owed will just keep building, but then if he is not working and has no money, they can't get any money from him either.

So they will wait till he works again or has money to get
