I had an abortion on sept 29, and went to the hospital two weeks after and my levels were 800 and now I took a pregnancy test and it was positive two weeks later could it be left overs, its 220 level?

I will assume you have not already starting having sex, since it would be way to early at this point in Oct for you to have already had sex. So I would say you could not be, after the abortion.

If I wasn't having sex I wouldn't be concerned if I was pregnant

Since you had sex, you could be pregnant again. The levels dropping could be from having had the abortion, but it could be levels present from being pregnant again. Only way to know would be to see if the level goes back up again and with an ultrasound, as a pregnancy test would still likely pick up the hcg level after the abortion.
