So I am new to this site but am looking for advice,I removed my IUD in Aug. I had been regular for about 6 months up till last month. I am now 14 days late and all the HPT's are saying negative.I was very asymptomatic with my two older children, so I am unsure what to do next... My husband and I were going to start trying in Dec. So a pregnancy would be welcome but I am worried about ovulation now

Some women will find that their cycles will be irregular for a time after the removal of an IUD, especially if it was a hormonal one. You may go awhile without a period.

Since you are planning to start trying for a pregnancy, it would be wise to see your doctor for a preconception visit. If you haven't had a period by the time you see your doctor, they may suggest something to help get things going again, such as Provera.

You may need to just try a pregnancy test periodically until your periods resume.
