My min. Schnouzer won't eat and when she does she throws it back up. I don't have the money to take her back to the vet. I took her 2 days ago and all they did was give her fluids and then a shot to help her eat.

Your dog is sick! This could be anything from a gastrointestinal bacterial infection to Gastro Dilation to a blockage. Either way you need to back to the vet. Typically clinics give you a break on a "re-check"... Ask around and see if you can have a payment plan or if you can become qualified for the CareCredit available at most clinics.

Dogs that are reluctnant to eat and then throw it up is not a good sign. There are no human medicines that will help.
