I'm 15, and I do martial arts, I need to lose another 4 kilos to get into light weight. But for some reason I can't loose the last 4 kilos, what can I do to lose it? I train about 9 hours a week and eat pretty good. Can you help me?

What are your stats? Weight and height? Male or female?
Can you post what you eat? "Pretty good diet" can mean different things to different people.
