My husband is the administrator on our computer . We both have separate log on's but I know he is spying on me... Is this possible without knowing my password but being the administrator? Is there something I can do or put on or download to block him? I want to beat him at his own game... he thinks he is so smart and I'm so stupid and funny thing is... I have nothing to hide... I don't have a guilty conscious nor am I doing anything suspicious. No Trust certainly means this is a dead-end marriage but before I leave I want to be able to pay it forward lol... if there is something I can to to get him so to speak you will have to walk me through it or make it something I can understand but I hope there is something so I can beat him at his own game... I know he just downloaded something to be able to retrieve deleted files and stuff even from the recycle bin... does that mean my side and my stuff as well?

The admin can see other users personal folders.

It is possible. As Scott said the admin can peek.

There are programs that record every keystroke taken on a computer.
So everything you do is there to see.

What I would do if I chose to be subtle is leave notes addressed to him asking if not finding any incriminating activities is boring.

Not to be subtle... I'd give him something to find. Some fabrication that would make him question reality.

The possibilities are limited only to your imagination.

Either way risks creating more problems you most likely don't need.

The likelihood of him using a keylogger or something like that is extreme. If he is, then you have some issues with your marriage.

I thought about leaving some kind of evidence to give him something to think about... but don't want to go there... this marriage is over and the only saving salvation for me is the computer right now. Because we basically don't speak to one another unless it deams it absolutley necessary... I know he is spying on here trying to find out exactly what I am doing and it bugs the crap out of me. Control freak that he is... and computer whizz too... so I just wanted to be able to do something on here to beat him at his game technically.
