When I turn the key all the way to almost start, I can here the solenoid lock switch from the
Shifter clicking on and off. After so many times then I will hear the fuel fump working and the car will start. I have replaced the ingnition switch,brake switch, and main relay already. But the car still having the same problem after turn off the ignition. So I keep trying again of turning the ignition key until I hear the pump prime again so the car will-
Start up. What do you think the problem is? Or what causing of doing that. Any help out-

Verify that the Check Engine Light always comes on for 2 seconds and then goes out, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II). If not, the ECM may be intermittently failing, which is common on older Hondas.
