    Sometimes, its I better to detail your situation rather than ask a specific question. Statutes of Limitations is an oft misunderstood aspect of law. Since you posted this under Criminal law I suspect you are asking about prosecution of a crime. But SOL refers only to the period from when the crime is committed to when an arrest is made.

    I see you asked this question previously, but slightly differently. I merged the two threads.

    Warrants have no expiration. Once someone has been charged with a crime, the SOL stops.
