I've used just about every video converter software out there and I still come back to the AVS4YOU video converter. I first got a year subscription and then went for the lifetime subscription. You keep the key code and can use the key on as many machines as you wish. I have paid for it once and have used it on all 3 of my computers over and over again. It converts to just about any kind of video out put you can think of but I just use the DVD or MP3 player formats. It does Blue Rays as well. You also get many other software programs with this one. I like the audio converter as well. Check it out and see for yourself. The faster the processor you have the faster it will convert the video. I have a Dual Core processor and I can convert a 4 hour DVD compilation in 4 hours or less. With my old PC it took 12 hours to do the same convert.

There are so many application available. Some free some not.
Google it, you will find many links.

Here is just one of them - > http://download.cnet.com/YouTube-Vid...-10720170.html

If I'm not mistaken, I believe iTunes converts it automatical? Not 100% sure.

    Hope this helps

Best app for converting movies to iPad or iPhone.. well worth the money and a free trial as well. Doesn't get much easier than this.
