Why am I always sad and mad all of the time for no reason I feel like I'm sick or something I don't know what's wrong with me.I'm always mad or sad for no reason please help

I think you should probably talk to someone, either a parent/caregiver or make an appointment with a psychiatrist/doctor/school nurse (not sure of your age). You could have bipolar disorder, or maybe just random mood swings, but if you see someone you'll be able to start talking about how you feel, and someone will be able to help.
