I had unprotected sex last month before I got my implanon in. Then the iud taken out the next. They told my that I might have a lot of bleeding but they never told me that I will not have a period. I have not had a period this month and I took 4 pregnancy and they came negative.Should I be worried

One of the side effects of having implanon is that you may not get a period, although this is very rare.
