How can I break my rental lease in Florida?
I have a rental lease in a apt complex that's located in Doral Fl, I signed my lease on July 2011 and when asked how many vehicles will be on the lease? I put the information for two. I was approved and moved in on the 4th of July, however 2 weeks later the supervisor denied me a car decal for one of my vehicle. At no point does it state on the lease that both vehicles should be under my name, after 3 months now she is prohibiting one of the vehicles on the premises. I don't know what to do with my other car, can I use this to break my lease?

What does the lease say about how many cars?

It just asks how many cars will park at this address and it gives me the option for three vehicles. Make, model and year

I would ask them in writing to show in the lease where you are limited to one car. If they signed the lease and it lists both cars, you may have a right to file a claim for your loss against them.

If the lease specifies up to three cars with no restrictions, then do complain. But whose name is the other car in?
