He's smart, popular, and liked by everyone!
He is like the MOST charismatic guy ever. He's also the smartest (best grades, yes BEST grades) and the absolute funniest. He's also pretty good looking. He's just plain amazing. NO ONE, and I mean no one dislikes him. I mean he just has this magnetic personality that turns anything sad into something happy. It's as if he's high on life. Like I'll give a few examples:

-He ALWAYS cheers the class up before/after a bad test
-He's so super nice but would never let anyone copy off homework but does it in such a way you won't get pissed at him!
-He's very good looking and he just ****s around all the time and wears shades in class -_-
-A LOT of girls really like him,
-He makes jokes all the time in class
-One time he was about to get jumped but after 3 minutes of conversation he just made friends with those guys -.-
-He blasts music when he's walking in the hallways to let everyone know he's coming! How obnoxious!
-He has this crazy hyped and cheerful attitude ALL THE TIME no matter how bad things seem. He keeps everyone happy but he's very quiet about himself and jokes around when talking about himself.

Why doesn't he take advantage of his power? He can pretty much have any girl he wants and he's cool with EVERYONE. EVERYONE likes him. Yes, EVERYONE. Why doesn't he mess around with girls or manipulate people (and I'm sure he's not gay!)

Because as you said, he is a nice guy, Perhaps though either other training or morals or religion he has learned there is more to life that that.

He doesn't want to manipulate or be a player, neither use his above said characters in a wrong way because he is a good guy at heart and obviously the last thing he would do is hurt someone.
