Loose bathroom lever handle -how to fix?
    Hi ,
I recently had installed a Belle Foret(model N130 01) bathroom sink faucet with lever handles. The cold water lever constantly is coming loose(not any issues with the hot water one).I have been popping the cap off the top of the lever and tighting the screw. However I noted that it is only a very tiny amount I can tighten it before the lever can't be moved at all and then after two or three uses , the thing is loose again . Can someone tell how to correct the problem? I may be way off base but is it occurring because the plumber may have forgotten to put in a washer?
    I appreciate anyone help
    Thanks

The faucet valve needs to be adjusted higher so then you could tighten the handel tighter
