I have lost weight but gained half of it back
I lost weight 70 pounds but it was because I was really stressed out at the time and really I don't know how it came off, but I was happy that it did.
I tried to keep the weight off by eating better and getting a little more exercises than I normally would but Ive gained almost half of it back and I'm afraid that I'm just going to keep getting bigger until I reach the weight I was at before.
I changed the way I cook to more of a healthy way and limit sweets and junk to one or two times a week like have a bowl of ice cream or 1 piece of cake. Is that what's causing the weight to come back? It's no where near how much I use to eat. I also never exercised, but I am now. I walk for 30 minutes on Saturday and Sunday and try for 15 minute walks during the evenings of weekdays but don't always get to.
I know I'm not supposed to eat sweets but could the ones that I am eating cause this?
