I'm not sure what you are supposed to do. Are you supposed to put them into correct English? (They are very poor English now.)

Please explain further and do one or two as an example.

They are correct but i have to put them into reported speech. For example: where did you get that dress?
He asked me where did i got that dress. Please i need them because tomorrow we have exam. I want to learn how to do them.

I'm still not sure what you need. (Please do not type in caps. That means you are shouting at me.)

Are you supposed to use quotation marks?

Many of the sentences are NOT correct English.

I am sorry I am not shouting at you I will never do so. The caps were on. I don't know how to explain it really ,I just need them to be in the reported speech.

I do not know what your teacher means by "reported speech."

    How about this:

1- He asked me, "Where did you get that dress?"

    Direct speech: “I speak English.”

Reported speech: He says that he speaks English.

Reported speech: He said that he spoke English.

If we report what another person has said, we usually do not use the speaker's exact words (direct speech), but reported (indirect) speech. Therefore, you need to learn how to transform direct speech into reported speech. The structure is a little different depending on whether you want to transform a statement, question or request.

We use a 'reporting verb' like 'say' or 'tell'. If this verb is in the present tense, it's easy. We just put 'she says' and then the sentence:

Direct speech: “I like ice cream”
Reported speech: She says she likes ice cream

    2. She asked to whom the dress belonged.

I'm a native English speaker and have never been taught that, especially to change the subject from first person to second or third or change the tense.

Your examples are clear enough, so it sounds like you understand the assignment. My only problem is that some of your assignment sentences are poor.
