I don't have a lot of details.. It was probably made in the late 90's-early 2000s, and I think it's Japanese, possibly Korean (it will probably turn out to be Chinese :P). There were two women in their early twenties that lived with their father. I think their mother may have just passed away, and they were taking care of their dad. One sister gets pregnant. Before dinner one night, the two sisters are talking and the pregnant one says she will be moving out, and the other sister has mo choice but to stay and take care of their father. At dinner, she announces that she is pregnant and she is marrying her boyfriend and moving out. She then gets up from the table, walks out the front door, and hops on the back of her waiting boyfriends motorcycle. Afterwards, the daughter and father are washing dishes or something, looking out the window, and he expresses sadness about how the other daughter left, but he is very thankful for his loyal daughter that is staying with him. I also seem to recall that the loyal daughter had some plans that she gave up to care for her dad.
