    Force of attraction
    Sir,
In an electric field by a negatively charged material, a neutrally charged (uncharged) particle is also attracted by the negatively charged material. What is the force is the force of attraction on the neutrally charged (uncharged) particle by the negatively charged material?

A neutral charge is never affected by an electric field.

I don't know why you're saying that it is attracted by the charged material.

There are other fundamental forces besides electromagnetic forces that exist in nature. Here's a hint: don't uncharged particles such as neutrons have mass?
