I am new to the janitorial cleaning business and find it difficult to find new contracts since I have a full time job.I was wondering if anyone has some sites that I can look into for getting bid leads sent to me.

Not really, you are going to have to either try and hire someone to help find contracts, do more advertising, or find time ( when you would be doing the cleaning but have none to do) to find the jobs

Is you company residential or commercial? There is some difference in the approach.

If residential put together a one page brochure and spend time putting them on the doors of homes in the medium to upper scale homes.

If commercial, advertise in local papers, personally stop at businesses to promote your company (have a brochure and a business card), etc,

In both cases, talk to anyone and everyone about your business, They may know of a company/business that is in need or not happy with their present cleaning company. Join any networking groups; chambers, other business groups, etc. Also check daily in your local newspapers in the classifieds.
