My son and his girlfriend broke up and I live in Texas and they live in CA,And I was wondering do I have rights to see him and visit with him in my state.I want to see if I can get visitaion right to him,she will not let him come here to even visit me and my grandsons father lives with me.she is being very mean about this

While some areas do have grandparent rights, they are limited. I doubt if you can force visitation in these circumstances. Your son needs to go to court for his rights and he can share visitation with you.
