How to evict a tenant in Kentucky?
I own property and my father owns the trailer and we both live there. Things have not been going well so I'm going to ask him to move out. Do I have any rights?

You can not evict him out of a trailer that he owns.

In fact if anything he could perhaps evict you from the trailer.

You could depending on the arrangement require him to move the trailer off your property.

I didn't think so but he can not pay to have it moved so what do you think I do from there?

That is the issue, was there ever any agreement, esp on in writing about allowing him to put trailer on the property ?

How long has it been there ?

Is there a lien on the trailer ?

Have you been paying him rent for living in the trailer ?

Are you planning on moving out, since it is hard for you to demand it to be moved if you are living there.

No , the trailer is paid for. And no there was no agreement other than I said I would pay the bills and he would give me money for the land payment. We have been here 6 months. And I don't think I should be the one made to move . I made all the improvement to the land so the trailer could sit here. Over 15 grand. Also I think if I moved out there is no way he could make payments on his own. So can I make him sign a lease on my property , like rent?
