I live in Texas and was just served with a Change of Status & Motion for Enforcement of Unreimbursed Medical Expenses and Further Orders - is there a standard form I can use to respond and challenge a couple of issues - 1. My son went to live with his father but not 6 months ago as mentioned in the papers and 2. My daughter (20 years old) that attends college & which her father does not support is also listed on the paperwork for child support.
Any assistance?
