My period was a week and a half late then I woke up one day bleeding it only lasted that day five days later it started again now I'm going into week four and it's getting heavier and I'm Passing clots but no pain I was told take iron but that's not working any suggestions

You told a doctor that you have been bleeding for over a month and passing clots and all they recommended is that you take iron? Who gave you this advice? You need to see a doctor, as soon as possible.
