I'm 25 yrs old and have missed my periods over like a week to 10 days and have cramping and lower back pain it feels like any minute ill have my periods but nothing. I did a home test and it was negative, so I don't know what's wrong, and I'm also having breast pain, well, I normally have these pains before my periods start, however only a day or so before, not like a whole week. Any help, my dr comes back in a week will go see her then.

How many cycles have been a week or so passed what you expected? How many days are in your cycle? Could it be that your periods have adjusted to a new pattern? When you do have your period, is it the same as usual, just not coming at the time you expected?
