I came to my boy friends house to visit and I came upon my boy friend and his daughter doing something suspicious.I feel very strong something is going on she is 24 and her dad is 50 I think it has been going on sense she was small cause . He tells me if a parent is having sex with daughter and it is consensual they can't go to jail.what is wrong with him and her.that why we will never make it together because of this sick relationship AND WHY HE WOULD PUT ME IN THE MIDDLE OF IT.

Several questions here.

1) Incest is illegal in most countries. Without knowing where you are I can't confirm whether he is right about the law, but it is highly unlikely he is.

2) The daughter may not know any better. If this has been going on from a young age, she may not know its wrong. But if it has been going on from a young age, then that makes the illegality worse.

3) I don't know that you are in the middle unless you let yourself be. Now that you are aware of it, run from this relationship.

This is a very bad situation for all concerned.The fact that he is your boyfriend is bad enough, but worse is the fact that this is his daughter and that he thinks this is OK!!

I think you need to confront them both together, because it seems to me, both need some sort of counselling.
This is definitely improper behaviour for Father and daughter.

The father being the senior should know better,the daughter obviously has problems and needs counselling.
I suspect that this has been going on for a while.You need to have your say then leave,forget any relationship between the father and yourself... it will never be a normal one.

Yes absolutely. I am so mad because I dated this man for 3 years and he new full well this was never going to last because of his relationship with his daughter. I think he had me around so it wouldn't look suspicious.I WOULD LIKE TO TELL THE ATHORITIES.

What good does confronting them do? It is unlikely they will cease this behavior because of the OP.

I think she tells him she wants to end their relationship and if he asks why tell he she is not going to compete with his daughter.

If she is worried about the daughter, talk to her mother.

First what did you see or find them doing ?

And I doubt since she is an adult, little legal will be done, even though there may be laws against it, most protect minor children.

WELL WHAT Happened WAS I WAS SUPPOSED TO color HER HAIR THAT DAY AT 12:O0,I was late, she text me and ask where I was,this was about 12:45 now I did not text back because I was on my way and usually I would have text back , well I show up see her car so as I approached the house thing were to quiet,the house was dark and I'm saying what the heck! So as I approached the porch which is in closed and you can look right in the office and the inside of the rest of the house.it was dark now I am getting suspicious now so I open the kitchen door I herd foot steps shuffling around the rolling chair start to roll around he push her out of the office and now the light is on and he is at his desk looking at some paper and his hair was mess up and his shirt was out and their a feeling weirdness she kept starring at me as if does she know something and her father acted like he's just looking at paper work, like I said light where off, he brush it off and after came in the room where she was and stared at her.

So because his hair was messed up and it was dark, you assumed that there was an incestuous relationship going on? That seems to be a huge jump. Is there more to this situation?

I have to agree there is not enough here to go to the authorities with. You stated that he said something about not going to jail if its consensual. What started that conversation?

They could be really close. You really have no proof nothing is going on. Besides I don't think the authorities could do anything even if they are fornicating because of one reason. They are both mature adults. They would only do anything if the daughter said this has been going on since she was little. Then its rape and pedophilia and he would be carted off to jail and she would be in therapy. But only she can say anything. If you get the heebee jeebees when in the same room with him then I would suggest breaking it off and moving on.
