Last night, I was playing around in the house and hit my arm on the top of a chair. The only way I can describe it is, the rounded metal tube hit the anterior side of my ulna. It felt like it pushed very hard into the interosseous membrane. Needless to say it was very painful. After a minute I heard ringing in my ear. At this point I let my wife know I was going into shock and was going to pass out. I did pass out, at which point she said I had a seizure. I don't think that happened because when she described it, I semi remember me consiously trying to move my head and talk to her, just not doing a very good job. After I came to I started the profuse sweating and felt neusious. After about 30 minutes I was able to drink some OJ and move and all symptoms passed. My question is should I go to the ER today to be checked out?
