I was diagnosed with trichomoniasis and was treated as was my partner, about 2 years later I got a total hysterectomy, is it possible that I still have trichomoniasis?

If it was not completely treated the first time, yes you could still have it. Or you could have gotten it again. A hysterectomy would not prevent it.
