    Changing price tag in store is crime?
    I'm changing a price tag from $35 to $3. Please tell me what punishments should she expect.

    That is THEFT pure and simple.
    As to punishment it really depends on where you are and what the store tends to do.

    It will depend somewhat on the laws of your state. Most likely it will be fraud or theft or stealing. I doubt they will go with shoplifting, since there is more fraud involved.

    How many items were done like this, one item or a truck full ?

    What was the total value of all things stolen like this ?

    Also were you caught yet and charged ?

    Were is this at. Punishment in Egypt would not be the same as in France and they would ot be the same as in the US> ** we are an international site

    Assuming this is US or Canada, one item with a 35 dollar value, you will get a fine, perhaps probation, "maybe community service"

    Also depending on where, you may even qualify for a first offender program ( assuming you have not done other crimes before)
