My car died while driving, and can't jump it because it burnt cables. Other car almost died too because of it.

It sounds like either the starter has a dead short or the battery has a dead short between plates. Take the battery out and then briefly try a different battery. If it starts, then you have fixed it, if it does not even try to start or the battery cables get hot as soon as you hook it up STOP!!
