    Too young to love
Im sorry but there is not much of an age gap. For example 20-22 year olds. And @ alty not all 13 year olds are not ready its only some. Tweens and teenagers go through allot. And yes most of us tweens and teenagers know what the difference between love and infatuation. So here is a question for you are you ever too young to know what love is?

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

The answer to your question is yes. It takes maturity to tell the difference between love and infatuation. It takes maturity to tell the difference between the idea of being in love and love itself.

A 13 yr old, even in this day and age, is not mature enough. In fact, in this day and age they may be less mature. That's because 13 yr olds try too hard to emulate adults. They want more to act like and be thought of as adult so they rush into things.

Oh and there is a big difference between 13/15 and 20/22. A lot more that the 2 years chronologically.

The different between 13 and 15 is great, the difference between 20 and 22 is not that great. Sorry but almost every 13 year old who "thinks" they are in love also always think they are the mature one who knows the difference.
