I have a framed picture of Blue Boy published by Edward Gross, it is in an 12 x 16 frame with an 8 x 10 opening for the picture. The picture is 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 with red velvet around the picture. It is in a old wood frame. I picked this up earlier this year at a garage sale. Can you tell me anything about this?
