Can anyone help?
No, your human rights are not being violated.
What is the problem with the legal system? Three years and you have no rights to see your children?
Even if your human rights were being violated, there is little you can do about. But what you are really concerned about is your legal rights. Unless you represent a danger to your children the law allows you reasonable visitation.
For us to help we need to know why you have been denied visitation, what issues you have with the courts and your general locale.
The British legal system is a joke. Everything takes so long. My son will be old enough to make up his own mind by the time this is over. I rather foolishly thought that this would only take a couple of months to sort out. The ex does all she can to delay proceedings. If my rights are not being violated I guess I better just get ready for a long long battle.
Again without knowing what has transpired in court, its hard to advise. Do you have a solicitor?
It would seem, that unless you were a threat to the child in some way, your attorney would be able to file to get some visits ?
