I have a heat pump that is not running. The indoor blower comes on at both heating and cooling mode. Capacitor is good, The error or fault code light flashes 4 times. What does this mean? This is on a Haier system. Any help would be great.

If it's a Heil or Rheem system you may have a manual reset button right below the refrigeration lines on the heat pump. Red button give it a nice hard push.

It does not have a manual reset button. I don't think it's the contactor eather. I have power coming to the contactor but I'm not getting 24V to close it. I believe I have 24v at the board because of the flashing green light. Could this be the board is bad or something else.
