Hi, I'm an 18 year old girl and not sexually active but I seem to have a 1cm or so in diameter reddy/purply lump on my pubic area. It doesn't really hurt unless I hit it or knock it. I've had it for quite a while and I think it has been getting bigger. When I tough it it kind of feels like touching a bubble on bubble wrap but a bit more firm. I haven't seen a doctor but I don't believe it's an ingrown her as I have many of them and this is really different.
If you know what it could possibly be or how to go about getting it fixed I'd be very grateful.
