Wedding Videographer, not listening to clients' requests.
I got married six months ago. Only today did I managed to receive my wedding video. Am extremely unhappy with the work done. They (videographers) completely disregarded our requests and stuff we wanted them to cover in the vid.
The contract we have with them, has clauses pertaining only to 'photography' but NOT videography, and says only 15 hours of Photography and Videography.
My question is, Can I claim raw footage of my wedding from them? And can I sue them for loss of time and for mental stress caused by their delay in sending the video and then making errors in editing, in spite of my telling them numerous times through e-mails what I wanted in the video?
