I had sexual intercourse about 8 months ago and about 2 months after, I started getting wart like bumps on my groin and the base of my penis. They don't itch or hurt, they are just there and look ugly. They don't form in groups, they just appear in random spots. Each bump usually goes away in about a week or two except another one always seems to pop up and take its place in a different spot?

You will have to visit a doctor to have this examined, diagnosed, and properly treated.
