I have known him since I was born, his a christian and has never done any bad stuff in that way.

I'm sure you like him a lot, but I would venture to say that this is a crush. Lawfully you two would not be able to have a relationship since you are underage. Unless he's expressed the same feelings, I would keep this information to myself or share it with a friend and look at guys your own age.

I also would doubt a 19 year old would have much besides being a friend in mind. A 19 year old is not interested in going to a JR HIGH dance and he is not taking a 14 year old to perhaps a college function. You two are at totally different places in life

This is not entirely accurate. There are no laws governing dating. Underage laws cover sexual activity, not dating.

But a 19 yr old boy is not likely to have any romantic feelings towards a 14 yr old. More importantly they would likely stay away because of the underage issue.

Sorry Scott, when I think of relationships between two people that are romantic I think of it being sexual, which further proves age differences and why the relationship wouldn't work.
