Violation of probation in a different state.
I was found guilty for assault on a officer in DC and was put on probation. Last week I was drunk and fell down from back and broke back of my head and was unconscious and I had concussion. I apparently spitted on the premedic's face, and he pressed charge on me. I don't remember anything about what happened at all, not even how I fell down. Now, given the fact that I live in another state, MD, is that going to violate my probation? Should I be first found guilty before it even violate my probation? My PO is a real A-hole and I'm positive she would try to give a hard time if she can. Should I let her know what happened despite of fact that it happened in MD and I haven't Bren found guilty either yet? I appreciate your responses.

You are required to notify them, if you don't notify them at once, that is another and in fact most likely more serious violation.
