During inclement weather is it the tenants responsibility to maintain the temperature of the water pipes at a level to prevent freezing?
If you were a tenant, wouldn't you want the water pipes not to freeze? If you were a landlord, and knew that there was a tenancy for the pipes to freeze, make arrangements to keep that from happening? There is more to this question, what is it?Quote:
