All water pressure lost in 5 year old Legacy/Meritage built home in San Antonio, Tx
I have been losing water pressure in my home in the entore house. I do not know why. I have had Bexar Met(our water company come out and check our system for leaks. The home is only 5years old and we built if new from the ground up. We are in the Stone oak area of San Antonio, Texas if anyone knows anything about this type of thing. Please chime in. The meter is not spinning when the water is off. The crazy part about all of this is that the lawn sprinkler ysstem works just fine and dandy! Just no water in the house! Help..

Do you have a whole house filter? I'd start by checking the psi right at the shut off to the home and then work my way downstream. If both hot and cold are the same, low, but your sprinkler works I'd look immediately after the sprinkler tap

Do you have a PRV,(pressure reducing valve) installed after the sprinklers take off from the main? Do the outside hose bibs have good pressure? What, if anything, is between the sprinklers and the house? Back to you, Tom
