Just had new faucet installed and still leaks under sink?
I live in apt bldg and leak under kitchen sink - maintenance replaced entire faucet - it is still leaking under the sink They are saying it is coming from me splashing water around the faucet - Can't they do something to fix this like caulk or something?

    Hi Jaroberts1abney

A seal should have provided with the new faucet. If the seal wasn't used then a putty material should have been installed under the faucet before setting it.

If they neglected to add the seal or the putty then you or they can add a small bead of silicone around the perimeter of the faucet and the faucet spray escutcheon (if present), too... ;)

    Hope that helps...
