    Cleaning toilet with vinegar
I clean my toilet by spraying it with half vinegar, half water. How long does it have to steep before I can remove it (with hot water)? Thanks, AW.

Not too many people realize that vinegar (and maybe baking soda) are two of cheapest and best cleaners available. Vinegar deordorizes, removes grime (sometimes with the help of baking soda for tough jobs).

You don't really have to spray vinegar in your toilet, all you have to do is add l or 2 cups and let sit overnight, swish to remove lime deposit and flush. No need to remove it with hot water.
