15-17 minor turns 18 before court day fail to attend
What happens if a minor has 5 tickets?
1st he shows up to court still unpaid ticket
    2nd - 4th didn't go to court.
5th he's going to court what will happen?

The age when the offences were committed is what is important here.

Actually more over what court is hearing this,

Traffic tickets, it is merely a city traffic court ? Is it a state court that handles traffic ticket?
Was this being done in Juv Court ( done in some areas)

Most likely, the license is suspended, and the fines will be put to the max.

Ticket #1: he went to court and was found guilty? How long was he given to pay the ticket? Has that time expired?

Tickets #2-4: He missed the court date? He paid the fine and wasn't required to go to court? What?

Ticket #5: If he pleads guity, or is convicted, the circumstances of the other tickets can be considered.
