I called the cops and he still not arrested, what can I do about this situation

Contact the DA's office if you sustained any injuries that required medical attention. They should do something as in have him arrested and charged with domestic violence.

At your job, go see the owner of the company while you still have bruises, etc. and explain to them what happened. Hopefully you won't be fired over this and he will be fired instead.

First why is he not arrested ? Was he gone before the police got there ? Did you call and report this right after it happened ?

But you report this to the company HR or the owner where you work,
