It all depends on your location. Different locations have different laws on consentual sex.

Agree each state in the US has different laws about age ( and the difference in ages) 17 would be legal in some states and illegal in others.

This is really something he needed to look into before the sex.

The doctors and hospital is not going to report it,

OP says she is "almost 17." In other words, she is 16, and presumably was when impregnated.
