I'm near 13 and I'm crying an awful lot . I know it isn't depression , but what might have caused it?

Puberty and hormones do a lot to a maturing girl's emotions. My 13 year old daughter cries if I look at her the wrong way! Its totally normal!

But again, if you are depressed, you don't know it, that is part of the problems with being depressed
